The Faculty of Chemical Engineering & Technology (FKTK), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), successfully held a Meet & Greet Session with the Dean at the Pauh Putra Campus, bringing together approximately 150 academic and administrative staff members.
The session served as an important platform to strengthen engagement between the faculty leadership and staff, despite some being unable to attend due to teaching commitments, examination duties, and other official responsibilities.
The programme featured a comprehensive presentation on FKTK’s achievements throughout 2025, highlighting key milestones and progress across academic, research, and administrative domains. This was followed by a sharing session on the faculty’s strategic targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2026, outlining the roadmap towards continuous improvement and excellence.
An interactive dialogue session with the Dean further enriched the programme, allowing staff members to exchange views, share feedback, and gain clarity on the faculty’s future direction.
The Meet & Greet session reflects FKTK’s commitment to transparent communication, inclusive leadership, and collective responsibility in advancing the faculty’s mission and goals.
